HYGIENE…

HEAD
Wash hair at least 1 -2 times a month for blacks
2-3 times a week for whites

FACE
Wash face at least 2 times a day. When you first wake up and bed time

MOUTH
Brush your teeth 2 times a day
Flush at least once a day
Use mouth wash if u can’t brush your teeth at night
Too much candy, soda, sweets can cause cavity.

LIPS
Chap sticks
If lips are chapped. Use Vaseline, cocoa butter or olive oil. At least 4-5 times a day

EARS
Use Q-tip to clean your ears on a regular basis.
Don’t push it in to far.

PIMPLES
Use a toilet paper on your finger to pop pimples
Use toothpaste on a pimple to keep it from coming up
Use a piece of ice right after you pop it

ARMPIT
Shave under your armpit regularly.
Use a lemon to cut the odor if you start smelling yourself
Check your smell on a regular basis
use deodorant every day

Take a shower every day
Lotion
Change your clothes

NAILS
Keep your nails short or make sure under your nails are clean.
Nails carry some of the most germs

MENSTRUAL
Change tampons at least 4 times a day.
Use and extra panty liner or pad along with your tampon to keep from messing up your underwear.
If your menstation becomes painful, soak in a nice hot bath
Exercise also help with cramps (walking, running, swimming) it helps with pain and it helps reduce bloating.
Foot Ordour
—— put deodorant on your feet before you put your socks

VASELINE
Dry skin
Cuts
Chapped lips
Blisters
Nosebleed

NOSEBLEED
Hold head forward. So blood don’t run down throat
Gently blow nose
Then pinch nose
Use cotton
Use ice
